• Preferred Formats: AI, PSD, EPS (for editable source files)

• Final Output Formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG (based on usage)

• Resolution:

  • Print: 300 DPI (dots per inch)

  • Web/Digital: 72 DPI or higher depending on display

Although rare, these files may incur an set up charges.   If necessary, we will contact you before charging any additional art fees.

Electronic/Digital: 
- Platform: PC 
- Accepted File types: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Word
- File format: native file format, .cdr, .ai, .eps (converted to black and white or outlines).
- Fonts: All necessary fonts must be converted to curves/outlines or included with the file.
- Include all support files for page layout files.
- File compression: WinZip (PC)

• Embroidery disks may have additional special requirements and must be digitized.
• For 4-color process/halftones and percentage colors, please contact our customer care department for detailed guideline.
   

 Exceptions

• Microsoft Office files i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint etc., are not vector files and may incur an additional art fee. We will contact you before charging any additional art fees.
• We do not recommend low resolution bitmaps (600 dpi is lowest acceptable resolution for bitmap format) as artwork files. These file formats may incur an additional art fee. We will contact you before charging any additional art fees.
• Any additional art fees will be charged at $20 per hour

• Production Proofs
• We accept paperless proof for the artwork.
• You can email us vector image proof for final approval before we start the production process. 
• Proofs must be approved within 1 day of receipt to avoid production delays
• Changes to faxed proofs may change lead times.
    
   
• General Charges
•  Artwork requiring enhancement, change, separation or touch-up will incur
  an art charge.
• Quotes for art work charges are available from our art department prior to
  order placement.

Make sure to include the following information before emailing the Artwork.

• Order number and date of order
• Your company name and phone number
• Program the artwork is created in
• Art files must indicate layout information only.
• The order will not begin to be processed, unless all information is complete.
