30 DAY RETURN POLICY

 

 

  1.  RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WOOD ARTS UNIVERSE PROMOS LLC. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from us, whether in-store or online.

 

2.  ELIGIBILITY

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

3.  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including 

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items that have been used, damages, altered or washed.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non–Returnable”.

 

4.  RETURN PROCESS

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 

 

  • Contact us to inform about your intention to return or exchange the item.
  • Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our Team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

 

 SHIPPING COSTS & TIMING

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "Per Order", "Per Item" or "Per Pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

 

Shipping Timing

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.

Enter your shipping destination ZIP code to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Bulk Orders or certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period. 

PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
